GAL™ Manufacturing Warranty
Standard WARRANTY
All parts and equipment manufactured by GAL™ Manufacturing Company, LLC (“GAL”) are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of the shipment per GAL’s records.
The sole and exclusive obligation of GAL™ is limited to the repair or replacement of parts and equipment, upon inspection, and as determined by GAL™ in its sole discretion. This Warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, vandalism or improper installation. It does not include any damage incurred during the shipping process.
GAL™ is not responsible and will not pay for any labor charges; damage incurred during installation; damage incurred to other related parts; injuries, loss of income, incidental or consequential damages; or any loss whatsoever connected therewith.
If GAL™ has purchased the part from an identified manufacturer and resold it to the purchaser, the manufacturer’s original warranty will apply.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY GAL AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
This Standard Warranty supersedes all other terms and conditions.

ALL GALaxy™ PARTS AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED BY G.A.L. MANUFACTURING CORPORATION ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.
ALL OTHER PARTS AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED BY G.A.L. MANUFACTURING CORPORATION ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.
WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS, F.O.B. OUR FACTORY, UPON DETERMINATION BY INSPECTION AT OUR FACTORY THAT WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE. EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS NOT OF OUR MANUFACTURE ARE WARRANTED ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. OUR WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER INCIDENT AL LIABILITY OR EXPENSE SUCH AS TRANSPORTATION, LABOR, AND UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS.
